Billing Questions

Wise Hearing Solutions, LLC, works closely with ENT & Allergy Clinic, PA.  As such, all initial testing and evaluation services are scheduled and billed under ENT & Allergy Clinic, PA, as such services are for diagnostic purposes.   Insurance is accepted and filed for the office visit and testing; however, if your insurance does not cover such services, you will be responsible for payment at time of service.

Fees for hearing aids and related services are due at the time of fitting.  Wise Hearing Solutions, LLC does not file insurance for hearing aids, but we will provide you with the receipts necessary for you to file in the event your insurance should cover any of the expense.  We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Medicare:  Initial hearing evaluation is most often covered by Medicare with a physician referral.  Your initial visit will include audiologic testing as well as a visit to Dr. Joanne Pham, Board Certified Otolaryngologist with the ENT & Allergy Clinic, PA.  Both medical and audiological evaluation is in the patient’s best interest so that all aspects of the hearing mechanism can be properly evaluated.

Please be aware that hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, and hearing aid related services ARE NOT covered by Medicare under any circumstances.
